On Saturday, December 13th , I’m hosting a special inspiration day for (Dutch) women on the Costa Blanca .

A day full of insights and strength.

No fluff. No therapy.

Just depth, clarity, movement, and joy.

We’ll gather at a unique spot in the inland area of Alicante: MasQi – The Energy House , a beautiful dome surrounded by nature.

📋 What’s on the program?

☕️ Welcome with tea and coffee We’ll start the day calmly and warmly, giving space to arrive and get to know one another.

💬 Inspiration session in the dome A personal talk where I share my experience with manifestation and what it has brought me in life —
including a wonderful life in Spain, two-time world championship gold in the USA, and participation in the World Athletics Championships in Poland.

🚶‍♀️ Walk & goal setting We’ll take a short walk in nature. While moving outdoors, we’ll set our intentions and goals — both literally and figuratively.

🥗 Healthy lunch Together we’ll enjoy a nourishing lunch prepared with local ingredients.

🧠 Self-defence & mental resilience In the afternoon, I – Monique – will guide an accessible self-defence workshop,
based on my experience as a two-time world karate champion .
You’ll learn practical techniques and mental tools to stand stronger — in your body and in your life.

🎯 Clarifying your goals We’ll end the day back in the dome.
What are you taking with you?
What do you want to create or change?
You’ll make your intentions tangible and practical.

🥂 Closing & connection We’ll enjoy a final drink together, share experiences, and head home recharged, inspired, and full of new energy.

👩 Who is it for?

This day is specially created for (Dutch) women on the Costa Blanca who:

• feel the need for new inspiration
• want to make space for their own dreams or direction
• are open to connection, movement, and reflection

You don’t have to “fix” anything.
You don’t have to push through anything.
You just have to come as you are.
